Started new classes on monday... already managed to loose part of the syllabus from one. Skills. That's why they keep me around here.

Going camping with Jake this weekend... probably a horrible idea academically. There's a lot of required reading and an art project due on monday. But it's summer: I feel like I should at least attempt to have fun...

Yeah... speaking of attempting to have fun, recently re-discovered that persistent drinking turns me into a sullen creeper. Pretty unfortunate. Thought enough alcohol might melt steel rod that keeps my spine in its permanent hunched arrangement. Loosen up a little, yeh. But no. Just no.

Discovered awesome new drawing tool though- 9B solid graphite stick with a plastic grip. It's like... graphite charcoal. But not messy. Very nice. Maybe do some sketching while camping? I dunno...

Nothing feels very immediate right now. Kinda dead. Just hanging around.
